Within our dynamic team, you will efficiently assist our consultants.

Your tasks will be varied:

  • Press relations: monitoring of editorial planning, development and monitoring of press database, mailing of press releases and kits, telephone follow-up with journalists, creation of press-books, appointment scheduling with journalists, participation to press conferences…
  • Public relations: broadcast information on-line, business intelligence, meetings organization, cocktails and parties…
  • Administrative management of clients’ accounts: writing records and minutes of meetings, schedule management, mailing of press clippings…
  • Office management: precise and rigorous, you will quickly get accustomed to our Intranet.

Creative, you will share your ideas to present a file in an innovative way or find out a fun animation to light up an event.
